Hi, I've installed all the latest map dlcs as of December 2020, and only used promods along with the grand utopia mod. When I have selected my headquarters, it just crashes. The other mod that might cause the crash would be the Winter mod. Also, just because that bunch of mods runs fine most of the time doesn't mean it will never crash.
