The only strike I received was for the very beginning of the game and the song played during intro. There is an option to remove the song and the copyright issue go away :). And important: in the end the intro is still fine even without the song. Replaying this game and hot damm that plane crash and meeting Joseph it really makes this one of my favorite games.
